I hadn’t even thought of that possible link. Good catch.
Bush is threatening to veto any relaxation of the stem cell restrictions, though, so any closed-door haggling apparently didn’t involve him.
Interestingly, the biggest complaint I’ve heard about Priscilla Owen is that her rulings tend to lean against consumers and working-class. Have I missed something?
