A gentle reminder.
“Life is slow when the groove is on, tripping lights fantastic disco show.” (Groove Armada)
I see two things here. First, my life (and life in general) is not slow right now, it’s in hyperdrive. And not in a good way.
Two, my groove has not been on for quite some time. I lost it and it makes me sad.
Everything is happening too fast, days are zipping past me and I’m staring off into the ether.
The universe is aware of this funk of mine, so she recently gave me a little nudge. Get your groove on Christa, slow things down, enjoy what’s happening, and start tripping those lights fantastic.
It’s never too late.
- yay!
- adios muchachas
Never too late ..Ill vouch for that.
Well, I have recently gotten my groove back – and it hasn’t been nearly as much fun as I thought it would be. Sonofabitch. I want my 19 year old body back. No amount of Winsor Pilates is going to do that for me. But hey, we could pretend we’re 23 (I get to subtract 8 Aaron years from my age) and we’ll get our groove on in D.C. What do you think? Wouldn’t that be fun? Just me and you baby.
My cat George is back in the hospital, my mother is in the hospital, and my sister Dori, who just had a baby wont let anyone see it because shes got the Postpartum depression and she says:
“I see no-one NO ONE!”
George got reopened, They inserted drainage tubes and charged me another $240.00 . George is close to being the $1000 dollar cat.
My first rat, Omega, cost me $1,000 in vet bills. I would pay whatever I could if my cat was having problems… George is your kitty, you just do what you have to. He’s lucky to have someone like you who’ll take care of him.
Thanks Brasten. I love George but he is sure sore at me!
